PURPOSE: A dental filling machine is provided to enable a surgical operator to stably perform an endodontic operation on a patient. CONSTITUTION: A dental filling machine comprises a filling body(100), a cap unit(200), and a needle unit(300). The filling body comprises a push rod which moves by the driving of an actuator in the longitudinal direction, and a heating part which is placed on the coaxial line of the push rod. The cap unit surrounds the heating part and is rotationally installed in the filling body. A filling needle is formed on one side of the needle unit. A filling room is formed on the other side of the needle unit and is inserted into a heating unit. The needle unit is installed in the cap unit and discharges fillers by the push rod. The filling body is formed with a guide along the inner circumference thereof. The cap unit is formed with a guide protrusion which is inserted into the guide and is guided. An elastic spring is installed inside the guide to support the guide protrusion.
