PURPOSE: A real-time optimization system for a fixing layer absorption process and method thereof are provided to accurately predict state distribution in a location where a sensor is not installed by measuring temperatures, pressure, and flux output rates in a specific location in real time. CONSTITUTION: A state measurement unit measures physical state information of a gaseous mixture used in an adsorption process by using an absorption bed. An absorption bed model unit calculates an absorption bed model by calculating the state distribution of the gaseous mixture by integrally calculating a non-linear state space model in a mathematic space lattice. A lattice updating unit updates the number and position of mathematic model lattices based on a space solution of states calculated by the absorption bed model unit. A gain estimation unit calculates a coefficient of a estimation equation by using a state calculated by the absorption bed model unit as an independent value.
