BUCKET-TYPE PIPELINE DREDGING ROBOT CAPABLE OF CONTINUOUSLY DREDGING DEPOSITS IN A PIPELINE

PURPOSE: A bucket-type pipeline dredging robot is provided to easily dredge deposits accumulated in the lower corners of pipelines by installing side dredging guides in both sides of the bucket part.;CONSTITUTION: A bucket-type pipeline dredging robot comprises a rectangular frame(100), caterpillar shaped transfer wheels(200), a bucket part(300), multiple pipeline support parts(400), a monitoring device(500), and a pocket part(700). The frame is longitudinally transferred by a driving device. The transfer wheels are connected to both sides of the frame and longitudinally transfer the frame. The bucket part dredges deposits while moving in vertical, lateral, and longitudinal directions and discharges the deposits to a dredging and suction hole. In order to prevent the movement of the robot in the longitudinal and lateral movement, multiple pipeline support parts are closed attached to the side of pipelines. The monitoring device is installed on the frame and monitors pipeline conditions and work states. The pocket part receives solid deposits dredged in the bucket part in the rear side of the frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
