PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nanowires capable of obtaining the thin and long silver nanowires and a nanowire composite are provided to form the small diameter metal nanowires by using seed particles.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nanowires comprises the following steps: forming a plurality of seed particles by reacting first ions with second ions in a solvent; and forming a metal wire by adding metal compounds to the solvent, and heating the same. The diameter of the seed particles is 5-100 nanometers. The first ions are metallic ions, and the second ions are halogen ions. The seed particles and metal compounds include the same metal. The seed particles and metal compounds include silver. The seed particles comprise silver chloride.
