STEEL PLATE CONVEYOR WITH THE ADJUSTABLE TENSION OF A CHAIN CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE CHANGES OF A CHAIN TENSION BY THE EXTERNAL MAGNETIC FORCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A steel plate conveyor with the adjustable tension of a chain is provided to control maintaining the consistent tension of the chain and to prevent the chain tension change by the magnetic force of a crane which settles a rear plate on a chain in advance.;CONSTITUTION: A steel plate conveyor with the adjustable tension of a chain comprise a couple of gears(110,120), a chain(200), a support(300) and a tension control unit(400). A couple of gears is arranged with certain interval to each other. The chain rotates both ends being interlocked to a couple of gears and it is guided following the upper face of the support. The support is arranged between a couple of gear and it guides the movement of the chain along with the upper face being installed at the both ends of the support allowing rotation. The tension control unit is connected to the support and it includes a couple of support pipes(410), a chain guide(420) and a tension regulator(430). The chain guide is flows toward up and down linked along with the elastic flow of the support pipe and it guides the movement of the chain being positioned inside of the inner chain. The tension modulator regulates the tension of the chain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
