PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyimide film is provided to prevent surface damages by frictional force between films when a polyimide film is manufactured by a processing process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyimide film comprises: a step of manufacturing a polyimide film by imidizing a polyamic acid manufactured from an aromatic diamine component which comprises a tetracarboxylic acid component comprising biphenyltetracarboxylic acid or a functional derivative thereof, p-phenylene diamine and diaminodiphenylether; a step of first heat-treating the polyimide film; a step of corona-treating the heat-treated polyimide film; and a step of second heat-treating the polyimide film by using hot wind.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
