PURPOSE: A spectacle lens having a protection film to prevent axis movement and surface damage during lens processing and a method thereof, and a protection film coating solution for the same are provided to form the protection film on the surface of the lens to perform accurate diopter correction. CONSTITUTION: A protection film is formed with a chlorinated polyolefin resin or a PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate) on the surface of a spectacle lens, in order to prevent axis movement and surface damage while the lens is processed. The protection film has higher friction than the lens and is easily delaminated. The chlorinated polyolefin resin is a chlorinated Polypropylene resin. The spectacle lens has a dielectric thin film.
