PURPOSE: A construction method of a tension type single span cable-stayed bridge is provided to cost-efficiently construct a cable-stayed bridge by changing compressive force applied to a girder into tensile force.;CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a tension type single span cable-stayed bridge is as follows. First deck segments are installed to be directly supported to two towers(110) separated from each other using inclined cables. Multiple deck segments are consecutively installed on the first deck segments using additional inclined cables. When the deck segments to be connected to each other are adjacent to each other, jacks(200) are installed between the towers and the first deck segments. Key segments(400) are arranged between the deck segments to be connected to each other, and the installed jacks are powered to continuously connect the deck segments to each other.
