PURPOSE: A security service server and a smart security method thereof are provided to efficiently monitor a desired place with a relatively simple structure by using a mobile communication terminal downloading and executing an application through a network.;CONSTITUTION: A camera terminal communication unit(120) receives video data collected by a camera terminal by using a monitoring program installed in the camera terminal.
