PURPOSE: A hands free function operation device of a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to offer hands free accessory function of the other device wirelessly connected with the portable terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A HF(Hands Free) function part(S220) is connected with an AG(Audio Gateway) function part of the other device. The HF function part performs a hands free communication mode. An AG function part(210) outputs audio data received from the other devices in the hands free communication mode.
