PURPOSE: A structure design method except a lengthwise bulkhead of a first cargo hold for a tanker ship is provided to reduce steel materials about 5% as compared with a lengthwise bulkhead of a first cargo hold and to reduce personnel costs and construction period. CONSTITUTION: In a structure design method except a lengthwise bulkhead of a first cargo hold for a tanker ship, a bulkhead(2) of a first cargo hold(7) positioned in the stem of a tanker ship and a stool for supporting thereof are not installed. The bulkhead and upper and lower stools are removed by using the positional characteristics of the first cargo hold of the tanker ship.
