CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCKS CAPABLE OF FIRMLY COUPLING BETWEEN AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE BLOCKS

PURPOSE: A construction method of autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks is provided to improve the strength of entire structure and the coupling force of autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks.;CONSTITUTION: A construction method of autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks is as follows. A horizontal bar groove(4) in which a horizontal bar(8) is inserted is formed on the top of autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks(2). Vertical bar grooves(6) in which a vertical bar(10) is inserted are formed in both sides of the autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks. The autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks are laminated by matching the positions of the horizontal and vertical bars. The horizontal and vertical bars are inserted in the horizontal and vertical bar grooves and the autoclaved lightweight concrete blocks. Plaster based binder(12) is injected and hardened in the horizontal and vertical bar grooves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
