PURPOSE: although a kind of ship of system for heating heavy oil storage tank is provided to the ship waste heat for smoothly supplying cooling water cooling equipment for heating heavy oil by circulation fresh water with fresh water, fresh water is pumped to heavy oil storage tank or heat exchanger by fresh water feeding. ;CONSTITUTION: a kind of system includes ship equipment (100) for the ship fresh water of heating heavy oil storage tank, and fresh water feeding pumps (200) and heat exchanger (300). Fresh water cooled ship equipment is by collection heating heavy oil storage tank. The heat exchanger cools down fresh water again and has recycled fresh water after cooling to cool down ship's equipment.
