PURPOSE: A psychological state analysis method and device are provided to offer a treatment based on professional medical knowledge in daily life by providing advice according to a diagnosis result. CONSTITUTION: A voice receiving part(110) receives a voice for analysis. A voice analyzing part(120) analyzes the word and sentence of the voice for analysis, and the breathing and tonal changes of a subject. A voice characteristics identifying part(130) extracts a characteristic part of the voice for analysis, retrieves psychological state information matching the characteristic part from a database, and generates analysis result information for the voice of the subject. An analysis result output part(140) outputs psychological state information of the subject.
