PURPOSE: A single crystal and a process for fabricating (Na,K)NbO3 based Pb-free piezoelectric materials using solid state synthesis are provided to improve nucleation speed by not using an additional seed. CONSTITUTION: A free lead piezoelectric material is a single crystal. CuO is mixed by a first milling process(S110). The mixture is calcined(S120). A second milling process is performed on the calcined mixture(S130). The mixture is sintered(S140).
