PURPOSE: A biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic copolyester resin composition is provided to solve problems for physical property of conventional biodecomposable resin, workability, and moisture fragility.;CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic copolyester resin composition is manufactured by the following stages: performing esterification and transesterification aliphatic glycol and aromatic dicarboxylic acid under the presence of catalyst and stabilizer; performing esterification and transesterification aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and polylactide under the presence of catalyst and stabilizer; and performing polycondensation for reactive product at 240-260 deg.
