PURPOSE: A playlist management method and a device are provided to enable a user to use content by reflecting user preference and an opinion of other user, thereby using the content suitable for the user preference and a situation.;CONSTITUTION: A recommendation content list request and a response limit condition for the recommendation content list request are inputted from a user terminal(S20).
