摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a touch panel is provided to form a metal mesh electrode in a first opening unit formed on a photoresist layer, thereby minutely forming a line width in the metal mesh electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A photoresist layer is spread on a transparent substrate(110) A photoresist pattern having a first opening unit of a mesh shape is formed by patterning of the photoresist layer. A printing mask is formed on a location corresponding to the first opening unit. The printing mask with a second opening unit is arranged on the patterned photoresist layer. A metal mesh electrode(155) is formed corresponding to printing of metal paste in the second opening unit and the first opening unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
