POLYOLEFIN FILM FOR BLOW FORMATION IN-MOLD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyolefin-based film for blow molding in-mold is provided to regulate the specific gravity of film and to prevent orange peel phenomenon and bubble generation. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin-based film for blow molding in-mold comprises a main layer(10), a first skin layer(20), and a second skin layer(30). The first skin layer is formed one side of the main layer. The second skin layer is formed on the other side of the main layer. The composition of the main layer contains 45-85 wt% of polyolefin-based resin, 5-20 wt% of white master batch containing a white inorganic material, 3-15 wt% of foaming master batch containing a foaming agent, and 5-20 wt% of petroleum resin master batch containing petroleum resin.
