PURPOSE: A nanocomposite is provided to increase the mechanical tensile strength and to improve the cell proliferation and the differentiation of osteoblast by using calcium phosphate nano particles adsorbed with modified carbon nanotubes and a biodegradable polymer. CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite comprises calcium phosphate nano particles in which modified carbon nanotubes(CNT) are adsorbed, wherein CNT is represented by the formula 1: CNT-((CH_2)_aO)_bH^+Y^-, and a biodegradable polymer. In the formula 1, Y^- represents anion, a is integer of 2a6, and b is integer of 1b50. The carbon nanotubes are single-wall carbon nanotubes, double-wall carbon nanotubes or multi-wall carbon nanotubes. The calcium phosphate is any one selected from hydroxyapatite, oxy apatite, dicalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, calcium metaphosphate and their mixture.
