PURPOSE: An emergency state report method in a mobile communication system and a supporting terminal thereof are provided to decrease a process reporting an emergency state of the supporting terminal, thereby rapidly reporting the emergency state.;CONSTITUTION: A processor(510) detects an emergency state. The processor transmits an emergency state report header informing the emergency state to a base station(600). The emergency state report header includes a field. The field shows a signaling header for an emergency state report.
