PURPOSE: Active safety apparatus of vehicle is provided to actively control operation of safety unit in impact accident of the vehicle by impact situation of the vehicle and followed movement of passenger, thereby protect the passenger with a method optimized in the accident situation.;CONSTITUTION: Impact sensing unit(1) senses impact acceleration of vehicle. By predicted movement of the vehicle, active controller(3) predicts movement of passenger. The active controller sets driving amount of active safety unit(5) for realization of set passenger conduct target value. The active safety unit protects the passenger by control of the active controller.
