PURPOSE: A laser estimating device for measuring a bending line for bending a flange bracket and a method for machining the flange bracket using the same are provided to uniformly maintain the quality of a product regardless of the skill of a worker, thereby preventing an additional repair work and process delays in post processing.;CONSTITUTION: A laser estimating device for measuring a bending line for bending a flange bracket(4) is installed with a laser aiming device(2) for a zero adjustment on the head part(1) of press equipment. A method for machining the flange bracket using the laser estimating device for measuring a bending line for the bending of a flange bracket comprises: a step of installing the laser aiming device for zero adjustment on the head part of the press equipment; a step of implementing the zero adjustment of the laser aiming device by finding a correct value for the bending line; and a step of machining the flange bracket by operating a bending machine after matching a laser beam(3) with the bending line of the flange bracket. The laser estimating device is provided to eliminate unnecessary, conventionally used initial pre-bending and final bending for modification, thereby improving work efficiency by removing a simple repetitive work and by preventing additional repair work and process delays by uniformly maintaining the quality of a product regardless of the skill of a worker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
