PURPOSE: A method for searching a smart key is provided to reduce the influence of noises generated from specific electronic components to the minimum while boosting output voltage for searching the smart key.;CONSTITUTION: An electronic control system sets the frequency for searching a smart key in a vehicle, boosts the default voltage of the frequency up to the predetermined level or higher, and then outputs the frequency to the boosted voltage through an antenna for searching the smart key(S1, S2, S3). The electronic control system completes the search for the smart key by receiving a response from the smart key corresponding to the output frequency(S7, S9).
