PURPOSE: A method for enhancing energy efficiency satisfying both of a maximum PAPR(Peak-to-Average-Power-Ratio) and BER(Bit Error Ratio) and a communications device thereof are provided to lower complexity by clipping the size of an input signal based on the clipping ratio which is adaptively determined according to the modulation system.;CONSTITUTION: A clipping ratio determination part(601) determines a clipping ratio(CR) corresponding to a modulation system based on the modulation system of a communications device. An inverse fast Fourier transforming part(602) performs inverse fast Fourier transform(IFFT) for an input signal. A clipping part(603) clips the size of the input signal based on the clipping ratio corresponding to the modulation system. A filtering part(604) performs band pass filtering about the clipped input signal.
