PURPOSE: A concentric assembly device and a method of a linear vibration motor are provided to assemble an armature in one or more weight assemblies, thereby improving workability and productivity of an assembling process.;CONSTITUTION: A weight assembly(10) and an armature(20) are settled in a circular groove of a tray jig(110). The armature is composed of a magnet(21) and a plate yoke(22). A pickup device(120) transfers the armature to an upper side of the weight assembly.
