PURPOSE: A pre-heating device for an immersion nozzle of turn dish is provided to prevent a contact of molten steel with the atmospheric when an immersion nozzle injects the molten steel in a mold, thereby suppressing an oxidation of the molten steel and preventing a scattering of the molten steel.;CONSTITUTION: A pre-heating device for an immersion nozzle of turn dish comprises a pre-heating body member(10), and an induction pipe member(20). The pre-heating body member has a nozzle insertion portion(10a) and an exhausting hole(10b). An immersion nozzle(2) is inserted to the nozzle insertion part. The exhausting hole which is connected to the immersion nozzle is formed at the bottom of the nozzle insertion part. The induction pipe member is connected to the exhausting hole through the bottom of the pre-heating body member. The induction pipe member injects the heated air which is generated when heating of turn dish inside of the immersion nozzle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
