PURPOSE: A space securing device for a knee joint operation is provided to reduce operation time by using a space of a space securing rod and a fixing part of a position fixing rod.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing part(21) of a position fixing rod is located in a knee joint. The fixing part of the position fixing rod secures a surgical space of the knee joint according to the control of a control unit. At least one space securing rod(30) is inserted through a cut part. A space(31) of the space securing road is located in the knee joint.
