PURPOSE: A conducting polymer electrode solution, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for manufacturing an organic thin-film transistor using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using a conducting polymer electrode solution for forming a gate electrode. CONSTITUTION: Polyaniline emeraldine salt powder is prepared. The polyaniline emeraldine salt powder is reduced to form polyaniline emeraldine base powder. The polyaniline emeraldine base powder and dopants are mixed with organic solvent for doping.
