The present invention provides a highly conductive polyaniline electrode solution capable of forming a thin film electrode through a solution process to implement a large-area low-cost electronic device, and a method of manufacturing the same. The method for preparing a conductive polymer electrode solution according to the present invention comprises the steps of preparing an oxidized polyaniline emeraldine salt powder, reducing the oxidized polyaniline powder to prepare a reduced polyaniline emeraldine base powder, and a reduced type. Dispersing the polyaniline powder in an organic solvent with a dopant to dope the reduced polyaniline powder in the organic solvent. In the conductive polymer electrode solution prepared according to the present invention, polyaniline having conductivity is uniformly dispersed in a solvent, so that a large area electrode can be formed at low cost through various solution processes such as printing and spin coating.
