PURPOSE: A core shell structure quantum dot polymer composite FRET(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) system, a manufacturing method thereof, and a pH measuring method using the same are provided to systematically change a luminous color and to accurately measure pH using the luminous color by the generation of a FRET phenomenon as a distance between a donator and an acceptor is adjusted by changing a structure of a repeating unit according to the concentration of hydrogen ion.;CONSTITUTION: A core shell structure quantum dot polymer composite FRET system comprises a core section and shell section. The core unit includes quantum dots as an energy acceptor causing a FRET phenomenon when an object approaches within a predetermined distance.
