PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a wedge and a camber of a steel plate and a device for the same are provided to control the wedge and the camber of the steel plate efficiently at the same time by reflecting changes in the wedge caused by the camber control simultaneously with controlling a roughing mill of the rear end by the camber and a roughing mill of the front end by the wedge.;CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a wedge and a camber of a steel plate comprises a sensing unit, a second control module, and a first control module. The sensing unit measures the wedge and the camber generated after a roughing mill performed by a roughing mill unit. The second control module calculates a second level control value for controlling a roll-cap of a second roughing mill based on the measured camber and controls the roll-cap of the second roughing mill according to the calculated second level control value when the measured camber is over a preset second reference value. The first control module calculates a first level control value for controlling a roll-cap of a first roughing mill based on the measured wedge and controls the roll-cap of the first roughing mill according to the calculated first level control value when the wedge measured after controlling the roll-cap of the second roughing mill according to the second level control value is over a preset first reference value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
