PURPOSE: A shear cap for a burr cutting device and a fixing device thereof are provided to reduce maintenance factors by preventing accidents beforehand and to completely remove burrs by solving problems on inefficient facility management.;CONSTITUTION: A shear cap comprises a cap body, a cutting blade, and a stopper groove. The cap body is a pillar shape. The cutting blade is formed on the circumferential surface of one longitudinal end of the cap body. The stopper groove is recessed on the side wall of the cap body.
