SHEET SHUTTER CAPABLE OF SMOOTHLY PERFORM ING RECOVERY OF A STRIPPED SHEET GUIDE WITHOUT EXCESSIVENESS AND STRIP OF A SHEET GUIDE BY AN EXTERNAL FORCE

PURPOSE: A sheet shutter is provided to suppress sliding resistance of a core and to promote high-speed winding and feeding by not directly inserting both sides of a core but inserting through a roller.;CONSTITUTION: A sheet shutter includes a sheet(2), a widthwise sheet case, a post(3), an inner rail(16), a restriction unit(16e) and a guide protrusion(11). The sheet shutter consists of arranging a plurality of widthwise core materials(10) by separating in the vertical direction. The sheet case accommodates a sheet drum capable of winding and releasing in the vertical direction, and rotatably supports. The post is arranged in both sides of the sheet case. The inner rail is formed inside of the left and right post, forming a sheet guide(12) and guides the left and right edges of the core material. The restriction unit is formed the middle of the left and right direction of a side wall(16a) of a rail groove(16c) inside the inner rail, is protruded to the rail groove and elastically movably formed in the forward and backward direction. The guide protrusion is installed in the both ends of the core material being inserted inside of the rail groove, is supported to the restriction unit while being inserted and restricts movement toward inside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
