PURPOSE: A method for processing non-medium payment by using an intrinsic ID is provided to prevent the illegal use of a card by more exactly performing the authentication of a client in a member store.;CONSTITUTION: A server stores payment means information and an intrinsic ID in a storage medium of an issuing agency(200). The server receives the intrinsic ID in response to a payment request using the payment means information(220). The server extracts the payment means information linked with the intrinsic ID from the storage medium.
