PURPOSE: A plain pin type and PF(Parallel Flow) type pin for a heat exchanger and an assembly process are provided to maximize productivity and to improve the performance of heat exchange using a plain pin for easy discharge and by acquiring a structure for refrigerant flow.;CONSTITUTION: A plain pin type and PF type pin for a heat exchanger and an assembly process are as follows. A hole for inserting a tube is processed in a burring shape in molding of a pin, and brazing is facilitated because an end of a burring unit is contracted by a burring start unit of a front pin in order to easily adhere to the tube. The end of a tube insertion hole is cut in a burring shape of the tube insertion unit. The tube insertion hole includes one or more cut units(5) in order to allow the burring unit to contract and includes a sum of a cut width(6) of the burning unit in the tube insertion hole to be under 50% of a burring unit circumference.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
