APPARATUS OF AUTOMATIC SUPPLYING MATERIAL FOR CNC LATHE

PURPOSE: An automatic material supplying device for a CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) lathe is provided to minimize manufacturing costs, to reduce an installation space, to minimize expenses for facilities by reducing supplying time, and to improve output per hour. CONSTITUTION: An automatic material supplying device(2) for a CNC lathe comprises a body unit(20), a rotor unit(21), a stopper unit(231), a pusher unit(232), a material supply sensor(241), and a material confirming sensor(242). The body unit is installed in a tool inside the CNC lathe, thereby automatically supplying materials(3). The rotor unit installed inside the body unit receives material in an intake passage(202), thereby rotating the same toward a discharge passage(202). The stopper unit selectively blocks the material of the intake passage, thereby receiving the same one by one in the rotor unit. The pusher unit is received in the rotor unit and pushes the materials which are rotated toward the discharge passage, thereby inserting the same into a chuck(12) of the CNC lathe. The material supply sensor senses the existence of materials inside the intake passage. The material confirming sensor senses the existence of materials being supplied to the chuck.
