PURPOSE: A terminal and a risk degree providing method of an application using the same are provided to determine a risk degree of the application by providing a weighted value and by collecting characteristic information and execution information of an application.;CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(10) collects the execution information of the application and the characteristic information of the application. A storage unit(30) stores the characteristic information and the execution information. A determination unit(50) determines the risk degree of the application by comparing determination reference with the characteristic information. A processing unit(70) displays a risk degree of the application according to the determination reference.
