PURPOSE: A varying stiffness turbine blade is provided to vary the positions of a part which are vulnerable to damage in a blade by changing the mode shape due to the vibrations and to obtain a vibration property by controlling the rigidity without reprocessing and replacing the blade.;CONSTITUTION: A varying stiffness turbine blade(100) comprises a turbine blade airfoil, a root(120), one or more holes(130), and one or more insertion member(140). The turbine blade airfoil generates rotatory power of the turbine with a flow of a fluid. The root is connected to a disk of a rotatory shaft of a turbine and the turbine blade airfoil. One or more holes penetrate the turbine blade or are opened in one side or the other side of the turbine blade. One or more insertion members are inserted in the holes and vary the rigidity distribution of the turbine blade. The number of holes or the position of the holes is changed according to the shape of the blade airfoil. The holes are a screw type screw thread shape. The hole is square shaped. A linear type groove or a cross type groove is processed into an insertion member so that the insertion to the hole or withdrawal from the hole or controlling the position is possible.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
