PURPOSE: A system for measuring a location and a speed of a flight vehicle using an infrared sensor and a camera sensor is provided to measure the position and speed of a flight vehicle by analyzing the images of the flight vehicle with a computer processing unit, thereby accurately grasping the orbit of the flight vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring a location and a speed of a flight vehicle using an infrared sensor and a camera sensor comprises an infrared sensor unit(100), a camera sensor unit(200), and a computer processing unit(300). The infrared sensor unit includes an infrared sensor sensing start timing of the flight vehicle. The camera sensor unit receives starting signals output by the infrared sensor unit, thereby photographing the flight vehicle passing a photographing area.
