PURPOSE: An electric range of which both sides are usable is provided to save time and space by generating heat from two heat sources on one electric range, and to manufacture an electric grill and an oven set using the heat in the lower side of the electric range.;CONSTITUTION: An electric range includes a main body inside which a heating coil or a magnetic field forming coil for converting electric energy into thermal energy is formed. An upper plate and a lower plate are capable of transferring a magnetic field for simultaneously or separately heating heat sources on an upper side and a lower side. The upper plate and the lower plate separately heat the upper side and the lower side using two different coils. The main body includes plural coils. An insulation layer(6) is capable of being formed on the side of the coil in order to prevent heat loss inside the body and to protect a control panel. The insulation layer or a layer not affected by the magnetic field is capable of being formed between the different coils or among more than two coils. The position(9) of the coil on a lower main body(10) is capable of being opened or formed into a thin ceramic membrane in order to use the heat of the lower side. The position on the lower main body is formed into a metal plate affected by the magnetic field when the electric range is used in an induction way.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
