PURPOSE: A silt prevention device is provided to prevent damage to a silt protector and reduce the pollution causing possibility of the nearby sea by reducing the area of the silt protector and reducing a resistance caused by a wave when a wave is generated. CONSTITUTION: A silt prevention device(100) includes a floating body(110), a silt protector(120), a main fixing portion(130), and a varying portion(140). The floating body floats on the water surface. The silt protector is connected to the floating body and prevents the diffusion of silt water. The main fixing portion fixes the position of the floating body and the silt protector. The varying portion maintains the vertical state of the silt protector under the water and reduces the area of the silt protector in order to reduce a resistance by a wave when a wave is generated.
