PURPOSE: An electronic circuit board is provided to provide an electronic circuit board in which a high frequency coaxial cable capable of transmitting a high frequency signal is installed.;CONSTITUTION: A laminated structure(31) has an upper surface(33A) including a groove(35). A high frequency coaxial cable is installed in the groove. The high frequency coaxial cable is comprised in order to transmit a high frequency signal. The high frequency coaxial cable includes a central conductor, an outer conductor, and an insulation material installed between the central conductor and the outer conductor. A signal pad(37A) is connected to the central conductor of the high frequency coaxial cable.
