PURPOSE: A multi-stage grouting using a yielding steel pipe and a construction method thereof are provided to form an artificial compression strut by tensile force of an inserted steel wire to increase a friction force and to perform an arching effect, thereby improving the stability of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage grouting using a yielding steel pipe includes an outer steel pipe(200), an inner steel pipe(300), a fixing device(400), a fixing plate(500) and a sealing member(600). A construction method of a multi-stage grouting using a yielding steel pipe is composed of the following steps of: forming an advanced bore on a grout object(101); inserting the outer steel pipe with a connection hole into the bore and filling the bore with a grout material; inserting the inner steel pipe into the connection hole of the outer steel pipe to be installed and injecting the lubricant between the outer and the inner steel pipes; fixing the outer and the inner steel plates by the fixing plate and injecting a grout material in the inside of the inner pipe for the grout material to be injected into the inside of the advanced bore; and fixing the inner pipe on the fixing device by pulling a wire of the inner pipe.
