PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the moving direction of an annular band, a flexible facility and a method for forming a solution film are provided to easily control the moving direction of the annular band and to prevent friction between a roller and the annular band. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the moving direction of an annular band(60) comprises a first band thermostat part(61P), a second band thermostat part(61Q), and a band thermostat control part. The first band thermostat part controls the temperature of one end of a flexible band(26). The second band thermostat part controls the temperature of the other end of the flexible band. The band thermostat control part controls a first band thermostat gas supplier and a second band thermostat gas supplier.
