PURPOSE: A fire and water leakage sensing device using an optical fiber is provided to induce a relatively large light loss with respect to a minute external force, thereby improving the sensitivity and accuracy of an OTDR(Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) system reacting to the deformation of an optical fiber cable.;CONSTITUTION: A fire and water leakage sensing device using an optical fiber comprises an optical fiber cable(600), a case(510), and a deformation unit. The optical fiber cable is installed in a fire vulnerable area or a water leakage possible area. The optical fiber cable draws in through an inlet(516) of a case and draws out through an outlet(517). The optical fiber cable received in an internal space of the case includes a curved portion(610) bent into a curved line shape.
