摘要

PURPOSE: A novel oxadiazole derivative for regulating differentiation of neural stem cells and a clinical use thereof are provided to differentiate neural stem cells into nerve cells especially astrocytes and to prevent or treat diseases caused by neuronal injury.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing differentiation of neural stem cells into nerve cells contains a 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative of chemical formula 1 or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, R1 is selected among hydrogen, a hydroxyl group, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, and C1-C6 alkoxy; R2 is selected among halogen, benzyl which is substituted with C1-C4 alkyl or non-substituted, phenyl, naphthyl, and anthryl; and X is SO2 or CO.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
