PURPOSE: A power line remote monitoring system is provided to monitor and analyze heat generated in a power line and an amount of current through a sensor node network based on a USN.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensor nodes(100) periodically measures heat generated in a coil installed in the circumference of the power line, converts the measured heat to an amount of current and outputs with sensor node identification node. A control module(200) receives information of an amount of current from the plurality of sensor nodes, stores the received information and wirelessly transmits the stored information at designated time. A gateway(300) relays signal transmission between a control center and the control module. A control center(400) extracts the statistics with reference to the received information of the amount of current of the plurality of sensor nodes through the gateway and equalizes power consumption between power lines according to the extracted statistics.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (100) Sensor node; (200) Control module; (AA) Wire/wireless network
