PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of regenerative bioenergy is provided to produce biodiesel effectively from glycerol ester produced by separating a long chain hydrocarbon and a fatty acid glycerol ester with a fatty acid compound from Botryococcus braunii. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of regenerative bioenergy comprises a drying step of drying collected cultured microalgae fungi, an extracting step of separating solid and liquid from the extracted solvent with uncrushed dried fungi, and a collecting step of collecting long chain hydrocarbon from the separated liquid. The microalgae is hydrocarbon external shaft microalgae accumulated on the surface by secreting hydrocarbon outside of a cell.
