PURPOSE: A humidification and dehumidification device is provided to prevent the noise of a compressor located in a machinery chamber from leaking out and to efficiently use space by occupying small space due to no need to separately use a humidification device and a dehumidification device.;CONSTITUTION: A humidification and dehumidification device comprises a main body(100), a blowing fan(600), a water tank(200), disk assembly(300), a heat exchanger(400), a dehumidification water tank accommodating unit, and a machinery chamber. The blowing fan is installed inside the main body and discharges external air to outside after drawing the external air in the main body. The heat exchanger dehumidifies inhaled air. A dehumidification water tank(150), in which condensed water generated in the heat exchanger is collected, is installed in the dehumidification water tank accommodating unit.
